Higher than others: Almonds are a food that have a measurable amount of oxalates within them. As such, almond milk will have a higher oxalate level than dairy or soy milk. Other high oxalate foods include many berries, vegetables and legumes. The leaves of a plant usually have more oxalate that the stems, roots and stalks.
