Yes!: It is good for pregnant woman and others who are not allergic to nuts. It is low in sugars and has protein and beneficial fats. Unlike regular milk though it is low in calcium so make sure you are getting enough calcium from another source. It is very important that pregnant and breastfeeding women have an adequate intake of calcium daily. The recommended daily intake is 1000mg daily.

Yes: Almond milk is a very healthy choice. No adult actually needs cow's milk. What is needed is calcium, but this can be obtained from many non-dairy sources.
