If cyanide is in almonds, then what about almond milk?

Almonds and cyanide: Sweet almonds, which are the type mostly found in the United States, contain very little cyanide. This is normally what almond milk is made from also. If you are eating bitter almonds, which are not found in the United States, you should have some caution, because they could contain higher levels of cyanide. Be careful!
