My bf has a fever of 103 his resting heart rate has been around 135 since he has had the fever. so around 3 days. what should i do?

Bring his fever down: His heart rate is appropriate for his fever which should cause a fast heart rate (exception: typhoid fever). Bring his fever down with Acetaminophen (Tylenol) or Ibuprofen (Advil). More importantly: why does your BF have a fever for 3 days? This requires a doctor visit if not improving. The heart rate may be the tip of the iceberg. I would worry that there's more going on?

Go to the doctor: Your boyfriend needs urgent medical attention. Three days of an extreme fever is an unusual amount of time to just stay home. Please get this man to a doctor now!
