A member asked:

Have cold/cough and fatigue. no fever. resting heart rate is 95-105since yesterday evening(for past 18 hours). is it something concerning? (normally it is 58 -70?

I would consider it a sign that you are sick and the body is trying to get you well. The heard pumping blood faster is the way the body brings natural healing elements in the blood to the tissues needing a fix. By itself the rate increase is not worrisome and would be well tolerated by the heart & your system.
