Arthritis. : What you describe is a symptom of arthritis. At your age there are several different types. An infection in the joint, venereal disease, reactive arthritis, are some of the more common. Depending on your exam and other medical history there are many other types of arthritis which could be the cause. I would recommend that if it has been there for more than a few days you see a doctor
