non displaced spiral fracture of fibula and dislocated ankle. 9 screws and a plate. can walk on it relatively pain free 3 weeks post op. bad idea??

Sounds like: a big operation for serious injury. Pain free ambulation at 3 weeks is pretty good progress. Because of extent of injury and surgical procedure, it is impossible to give advice here. Ask your ortho surgeon for specific advice.

Need more info: Fractures of fibula should not preclude walking provided you have been fitted with the proper cast.
