I am going through a second bout of reactive arthritis in a year. is there anything i can do to speed the recovery time of this second bout.

Need more info : You mention you have a "reactive arthritis". That term is often used if there is an arthritis reaction to an infection. Other than cellulitis have you had any other infections? Salmonella food exposure? Any sexually transmitted infections ? Was the exact bacterial cause of your cellulitis identified? The exact type of infection/what caused it does have a bearing on how best to treat. More info!
