Yes: Headache is a sign of a concussion. You do not have to have any bleeding on a head CT to have headaches from a concussion. If you are 28 hours out from the injury and not showing any worsening signs, then you most likely have nothing significant on a head CT or it is very minor. If symptoms progress such as nausea, worsening headaches, confusion or anything concerning then go to the ER.
