Head bump: The two things you mention are very unlikely. Please see your doctor to rule them out. If you or other believe you are overly-concerned about health risks consider seeing a clinical psychologist to help you manage stress. Health phobia is among the list of phobias. Peace and good health.

If your head injury was devoid of loss of consciousness, or amnesia, or a combination of both, you did NOT have a concussion. Bleeding would be highly unlikely. But, as has been repeated numerous times on HT: see your doctor for increasing headaches, blurred or double vision, nausea and/ or vomiting, dizziness or imbalance, confusion or disorientation.
