At 2:30pm hit top of my head while walking into tree trunk, hurt went away but hour later came back slight pain around area and feel of pressure headache no other symptoms other than gotten tired at 4pm is that because of evening or concussion?

Be seen: If you had a head injury and have headaches and feel sleepy, you would be well served to be seen. It does sound like it may be a concussion and an exam and imaging studies are possibly indicated.
