had a minor concussion 6months ago. been in a fog,dizziness,pressure in my head ever since. if i start drinking now, will i do permanent brain damage?

Seek evaluation: If 6 months later you are still dizzy with head pressure from a "minor" concussion, I suggest you seek evaluation from your health care provider. That would be an important first step before you decide to drink which will only exacerbate these symptoms.
