Facelift at 25?: There is no set age to have a facelift, yet 25 seems very young. Nonetheless, you can have your face evaluated by a board certified surgeon with expertise in facial rejuvenation. Such a surgeon can let you know about alternatives.

No, you're too young: No, you're too young for a facelift. If you want to treat wrinkles and hollow areas, cosmetic fillers would be the best solution.

How old can it look?: It's difficult to sit back and judge your appearance without an exam but I can appreciate the anguish you feel when you look in the mirror. Most people feel younger than their chronological age and no one (most unless you are 16) do not want to look older. So with that said, it is highly unlikely that you would need a facelift at 25. Analyze the reasons you may look older and address those issues.
