ADHD or stressor: you might have ADHD attention deficit hyperacitivity disorder. Have you hit your head, if this continues see your primary care doctor and preferably a psychiatrist. They can rule out depression, anxiety and assess if this is caused by ADHD or something else.

See doctor: U should see a primary doc to start with as this is a very wide range of possibilities. Common things are thyroid disease, nutritional disorders, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, and the list go's on.
