Depression: There are a lot of reasons that concentration can be low. Depression is often overlooked although anxiety, inadequate nutrition, compromised sleep, interpersonal issues and personalty characteristics. You emphasize a lack of hyperactivity and a lack of memory loss although attention deficit hyperactivity disorder is a misleading label for a condition with more subtle possible manifestations.
