Agree with concern: You may be experiencing medication side effects, thyroid problems, low vitamin levels, changes in chemical balance, and easy to screen all of this. Could query whether sleep deprivation or emotional issues playing a role. Is your Lyme active? Do you have an anti-phospholipid antibody syndrome? How about that second opinion?
