Good day i would like to know except bed rest what can help me with hip joint pain. it is so unbearable, it's painful when i walk, sit, get up and even trying to change positions when sleeping. i unfortunately cannot take leave now.

When I sleep on the side, I put one leg over the other and after a while the leg bellow is crushed and painful. I use a towel to rest the upper leg but still in the morning I can hardly walk, muscles and joints weak and painful, pain in feet. Why?

I've difficulty to walk, sit, sleep. My hip + sacrum area on left side intensely painful. Shooting pain on both sides but more intense on left hip. Need to cling on furniture to stand up from chair or bed. Extremely painful when bending.
I have unbearable pain in my hips that goes down my legs, only when I'm laying down on each hip. I can walk and sit with no pain but when I go to bed and lay on my sides the pain is excruciating. Can't sleep. Any ideas why? Tyvvm?
