Not Certain: Abdominal pain and Nausea can be due to so many abnormalities that it would be impossible to say based upon the evidence provided. Many GIT illness can have normal MRI and blood studies. Until you have a through evaluation by a physician and appropriate studies etiology will remain uncertain.
