Perhaps food allergy: To find out which food is causing the itch, you will probably need an allergist. You can try an elimination diet, food skin tests or blood tests for food to narrow down what you are eating that you are allergic to. If it happens after every meal, it is likely to be a staple food like wheat, milk or egg, so you are being exposed every time you eat. Quantities that seem small are huge to your cells.
