Always is a concern: but likely only if overweight, sedentary, venous disease, coagulopathy, or previous DVT. Aspirin once daily and keep walking or at least moving your foot and contracting your calf muscles. If significant swelling and redness or discomfort have a vascular duplex study done ASAP.
