STOP: do NOT use Hydrocortisone on your scrotum! You have a chemical burn. You should see a doctor for a thorough exam due to the area that is burnt. In the mean time you can use Vaseline to cover and sooth the area.

Careful: Keep it clean- water and soap only, avoid friction- loose garments, look for signs of infection. If itching gets out of control use OTC Benadryl (diphenhydramine) or similar.
