What to do with baby who is congested in the nose, but no temperature and otherwise seems ok?

Use nasal saline: Infants have short necks & don't usually mouth breath to bypass a congested nose until they are 5-6m. That makes their nose their dominant air source. Using a copious amount of nasal saline to wash out dust & debris is important when they sound congested.
