What can i give my one month old baby for congested nose and fever?

If baby has a temperature at or above 38c take it to the hospital immediately. Birth related germs can lead to a fatal infection quickly. If it does not have at or above 38c monitor without meds it is not fever. Congestion at that age is treated by cleaning out the nose with saline.
