If this has been: Going on for quite sometimes please see your pediatrician about it. He may prescribe some ear drop or eye drop medication that can be used in the nose to relieve severe nasal congestion or he may refer you to ENT specialist.

Bulb syringe: A bulb syringe and saline is best for cleaning out the nose. It should get better with time.
