A member asked:

I've taken my bp several times and my resting heart rate is always 95-100 is that normal for someone who is not very active?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Heart rate: Resting heart rate between 60-100 is in the "normal" range, however at your young age a heart rate at 100 is too high. Poor aerobic condition can lead to this, but I would make sure that you get checked by your doctor to evaluate your thyroid status, electrolytes, anemia, and check an electrocardiogram. Good luck!
