Heart rate exercise: Yes this is normal. You might want to go to Wikipedia and look up exercise and heart rate. They will give you a chart that relates the amount of exercise to your maximum heart rate by age and gender. Can go up to 140 with good exercise depending on how fit you are. Would double check the FitBit heart rate by checking it yourself as well. Sometimes not so accurate.
