In range: Heart rate varies by age, sex and physical condition. Your heart rate is in range for a fairly well conditioned male in your age group. Endurance athletes can with training get resting heart rates near 40bpm but your range shows conditioning allowing your heart to pump more efficiently at rest. Good job, may want to add a little cardio to your weight routine just for balance and remember stretch!
