Need formal eval.: A seizure is a symptom. Many illnesses can cause seizures. It is not nearly possible to speculate on the cause of her seizures here. The character of the seizures, her underlying health, her EEG findings, a brain scan, her physical exam, and other criteria will help to determine the cause of her seizures and appropriate treatment. Best of luck.

Need a neurologist: There are far too many reasons why seizures might occur. Your daughter absolutely should be seen by a neurologist to try to find a cause and to check for possible treatments.
