Admit to hospital: She may well be enroute to full blown delirium tremens, and needs medical help to get her off the alcohol. This is an acute emergency and treatment cannot wait. She very well will need thiamine and a variety of other meds. Once stable and sober, she needs to work closely with Alcoholics Anonymous.
