i took probiotics and it worked for a bit but recently my knees hurt and i feel like it's vitamin deficiency. do i take probiotics and multivitamins?

Nutrition: Hippocrates stated "let food be thy medicine". Are you eating a lot of processed foods, sugar and fast foods. Start out by improving your diet. Make sure you get enought organic fruits and vegetables before taking multivitamins!
