All at same time: It is safe to take a probiotic pill and a multivitamin during your course of treatment with Macrobid. Specific drugs to absolutely avoid during your Macrobid treatment would be antacids that contain magnesium trisilicate in their active ingredients list, or the medications probenecid and sulfinpyrazone.
