Possible: You had a lot of extractions in the same time, with the denture pushing on the surgical area, the pressure or the edges of the denture could be cutting or hitting hard into the gums and causing the bleeding. Your dentist will check it out and if needed adjust your denture.

Yes: It is not uncommon to to have some staining of blood for quite a while when teeth are extracted from under a prosthesis. As long as there is not a flow of blood occuring , it is fine and eventually stop.
