Thyroid gland: Do not advise going to ER. Best see your regular doctor for a re-evaluation on what is going on, as you are getting confusing advice on what the problem is.

Thyroid glands: Please see the Endocrinologist as soon as possible The ER would not be helpful enough. Taking care of thyroid glands and lymph nodes is not difficult.
