When you reach the: famous "plateau", then you start halfing your portion on everything, from breakfast to lunch to supper. And maintain that half portion for the next 6 months. You will lose weight, just simple math. As long as you keep your activities (exercise, cardio, vitamins to increase your metabolic rate) up, you will continue to lose weight. U have done a lot already, just keep going to the next phase.
