Not really: Symptoms of deep blood clots (DVT) are often vague: a deep ache, swelling, feeling like a "muscle strain," not typically sensitivity to light touch like you describe. Blood clots in superficial veins usually cause a red, warm, tender cord that can be felt just below the skin surface.
