That is not pinched nerve pain or radiculopathy. Deep vein thrombosis does not cause pain, you only feel the discomfort and mild local swelling but no change on the skin. Your symptoms are consistent with venous insufficiency, mild varicose veins +/- superficial phlebitis. Local warm compress several times a day may relieve the pain if you truly have superficial phlebitis.
