Form important: Many flexible people hurt their backs when beginning yoga if not instructed properly. Make sure in the future that you are not over-arching your lower back in forward bending motions. Hold back a bit on your "cat tilt." People who are less flexible may hurt their backs by pushing beyond their edge. An edge in yoga is never the point of pain. Be kind and let,your body unfold naturally.
