Yoga helps!: Excellent way to keep flexibilty in your body and spine, and it will improve your dexterity and proprioception (or: knowing where you body and arms-and-legs are in space). It is great for posture and core strength and will help avoid episodic worsening of back pain if you have any. Make sure to keep flexibility exercises up at home in between visitng the yoga classes. Good luck!
