The other day i was doing some yoga i fell off unconsciously. after i woke up my back was banged with the furniture and it is swollen in my mid-back. its been three days and it hurts when sitting, bending. what can i do ?

Striking your back muscles against hard objects can result in pulls, tears or bruising of the muscle tissue. Rest and ice packs can provide back pain relief and reduce swelling. Using massage can improve local blood flow and using Tylenol can provide additional pain relief without causing any internal bleeding.
