Activity helps: Most women have to do something to get back into shape after pregnancy so any type of exercise that you can fit it , go for it. Its hard to be a new mom, have amily obligations, household chores and work if you do. Eat a low glycemic diet, drink lots of water, fit in whatever exercise works for you and your baby, breast feed for as long as possible to help lose weight and rest!
