Will yoga help back pain?

Yes: Please note however, that not all back trouble is the same and treatments vary so please get checked by an md specialist. Yoga is great for stress relief, posture improvement and flexibility. If it doesnt hurt, go for it but do not push thru pain or numbness whatsoever!

Diagnosis: It will in many cases. Most cases I see are do to sitters disease or gait (ex; foot position). But you need to identify the origin and rule out more serious causes. Any neurologic issues like numbness in the legs, no muscle weakness, no fever, no urinary pain, fever, genital discharge, acute trauma, insect bites, etc https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8TO8Il3vdxQ
