See a doctor: I would recommend having an evaluation with an ENT doctor. You may have developed nodules on the vocal cords from overuse. There are other possibilities such as poor use of the voice muscles which an ENT should be able to determine.

See an ENT doctor: Complete loss, severe change in voice or hoarseness lasting longer than 2-3 weeks, it should be evaluated by an otolaryngologist- ENT (ear, nose and throat doctor). Take care.
