What to do if i have an abscess and on antibiotics?

Treatment: If it's a Dental abscess, it will not go away until the tooth is treated (root canal or extraction). Antibiotics will simply slow the spread of the infection, not cure it. If a Medical abscess it may need incision and drainage. See the doctor that prescribed the antibiotic for treatment choices.
