No, it's not...: Strep throat requires antibiotics, so you can't treat at home. I'm not sure how you are sure you have strep if you haven't gone to doctor because you really need to test for strep before you can say for certain that's what it is. Colorado Springs has a health department that you could visit or spend the 60-80 dollars and go to an urgent care center to get appropriate diagnosis and treatment.
