YOU CAN NOT: You can not find out without examination and a quick strep test or a culture If you can not afford or do not want to pay the copay you can go to ER and be ready to spend half day at the cost to your insurance company of hundreds of dollars/And they will still ask you to follow up with your doctor. I will suggest beg/ borrow and get co pay and see your doctor
