WEIGHT LOSS: Mothers want to loss weight after getting pregnant, abdominal fat reduction is a challenged.Walking is the best exercise followed by bending and jump rope. Going to the gym if you have time is another way to loss weight. Don't forget to cut down on your caloric intake. Good luck!
