This is serious: You need to find out, first of all, whether the lab was serum iron or serum ferritin. Then it needs to be determined whether you have hemochromatosis. If you do, and you are not treated by a competent physician, it will cripple and then kill you. If you also have fatty liver, maybe a check for hepatitis C, medication / alcohol effect, and perhaps getting back into a fitness-focused lifestyle.
