I have had a blood test 2weeks ago, and i have been diagnosed with abnormal l.f.t. my hepatitis tests are both negative. i do not drink in excess, and my last ultrasound test showed traces of fatty liver disease what should i do and what are the sint?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It is likely that your "fatty liver" is worse now. Quit taking alcohol entirely, If you are overweight, losing weight is imperative. Laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do it.
