After my pregnancy i got my period every month up until 2 months ago no period. a pap smear revealed i have abnormal cells, does it mean cancer ?

More info needed: An abnormal pap smear can mean many things. One would have to know what the specifics of the pap smear were to help answer your question. Plus, a pap smear is just a screen. If suggestive of precancer, further evaluation is needed.
