Why no period: What you describe is normal but still doesn't explain why no period for a year. Although you are in the age range for menopause, that FSH is not in the menopausal range. This doesn't suggest cancer but the lack of a period is concerning. I would at least repeat the FSH which is normally much higher with menopause.
